Welcome to PulseLab. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "PulseLab" mean Ehab Mahmoud, trading as PulseLab.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store. By ordering you confirm that you are.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Product photography is illustrative; colours can vary between screens and minor packaging differences can occur between production batches.

All prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Promotional pricing runs for the period stated and is not applied retroactively to earlier orders.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors — including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Product use, suitability and safety

Please read this section before using your device.

The PulseLab Recovery System is an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) device sold as a general wellness and personal recovery product. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, injury or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Do not use this device if any of the following apply to you:

  • You have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic or metallic device
  • You are pregnant, or may be pregnant
  • You have epilepsy or a seizure disorder
  • You have a heart condition or arrhythmia
  • You have cancer, or an active or undiagnosed lump
  • You have deep vein thrombosis or a bleeding disorder

Do not place the pads:

  • On or across the head, neck, throat or front of the neck
  • Directly over the heart, or across the chest from one side to the other
  • On broken, irritated, infected or numb skin
  • Over the abdomen during pregnancy

If you are under medical care, taking prescribed medication, recovering from surgery or injury, or you are unsure for any reason, speak to your doctor before using this device. Stop using it immediately and seek advice if you experience pain, dizziness, skin irritation, an abnormal heartbeat or any other unexpected reaction.

Use the device only as described in the instructions supplied with it. Do not use it while driving, operating machinery, bathing or sleeping. Keep it away from children.

You are responsible for using the product safely and appropriately. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm resulting from use that ignores these warnings or the supplied instructions.

5. Results

Individual experience varies. Nothing on this site is a promise of any particular physical, cosmetic or athletic outcome, and no result is guaranteed.

6. Customer reviews and submitted content

Reviews and photographs on this site reflect the personal experience of the individual customers who submitted them. They are not a claim about what the product will do for you.

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reuse it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic.

7. Intellectual property

The PulseLab name, logo, site design, written copy and original graphics are our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, place fraudulent orders, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation or security. We may refuse service and cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

9. Third-party links and services

This site relies on third-party services including our ecommerce platform, payment processors and shipping carriers, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law that applies to you.

11. Returns, refunds and shipping

Our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
