Helps me relax after the gym, I use it every post workout.

Peel, place, press.
The whole routine, start to finish. No technique to learn and nothing to plug in.
The gym isn't always an option. Training still is.
19 intensity levels, 20-minute sessions, sitting on your couch. No wires, no floor space, no getting changed.
It was never about motivation
Most people don't stop training because they lost interest. They stop because the gym is forty minutes round trip, and some weeks that forty minutes simply isn't there.
Work runs late. The kid gets sick. It's raining. The membership keeps coming out of your account and the bag stays by the door.
What it actually is
PulseLab is a wireless EMS trainer. Electrical muscle stimulation sends gentle electrical pulses through the pad to the muscle underneath, and the muscle contracts in response — the same way it contracts when you tell it to.
Six intensity levels, from barely-there to a genuinely hard twenty minutes. You control it with one button.
How it fits your week
It goes on in about ten seconds. There are no wires, so you can wear it on the couch, at your desk, or reading in bed. Charge it over USB in about two hours and get roughly six sessions out of it.
Who it's for
People who train and want something for the in-between days. People who used to train and want a low-friction way back in. People who spend eight hours at a desk and can feel it.
If you already get to the gym five days a week, you probably don't need this.
It isn't a replacement for the gym. It's what you use on the days the gym doesn't happen — so those days stop being zeros.
Will this replace going to the gym?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's for the days the gym doesn't happen. Used consistently alongside normal activity, it's a way to keep some momentum in weeks where you'd otherwise do nothing.
How long is a session?
Twenty minutes. There's an auto shut-off, so you can't accidentally leave it running.
Does it hurt?
No. Level one is a light tingle. The higher levels feel like a firm, rhythmic squeeze. You choose the level, and you can drop it at any point.
How long does the battery last?
About two hours to charge over USB, and roughly six sessions per charge.
Can I wear it under clothes?
Yes. It's wireless and thin enough to sit under a t-shirt.
Before you use it
Do not use if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device. Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not place the pads over the front or side of the neck, across the chest, on broken skin, or over areas of numbness. If you have epilepsy, heart problems, or any implanted metal, speak to your doctor before use. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

What can PulseLab do for you
It contracts the muscle you put it on, at a level you choose, wherever you happen to be sitting. That is the whole idea — and it is the reason it works on the days a gym session doesn't happen.
