I was actually quite surprised by the jolt this kicks out even on the lowest setting. Has a good range of modes for different intensity of work.

I liked the intensity and the device has quite a few features.

Replacement gel pads for your PulseLab Recovery System.

Gel pads are the part that wears out. When one stops gripping properly it no longer sits flat against the skin — and a pad that isn't flat doesn't transmit properly either. The usual sign is turning the intensity up and still feeling less than you used to. A fresh pad fixes that immediately.

This pack holds 12 pads: four complete changes across all three units, which for most people is several months of regular use.

  • Fits: PulseLab Recovery System
  • In the pack: 12 replacement gel pads
  • Changing them: peel the old pad off, press the new one on. No tools, no residue.
  • Keeping them: leave them on the backing sheet, somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Gel dries out if it's left uncovered.

Ships separately from your device. These come from our pad supplier, so if you order them alongside a PulseLab unit you'll receive two parcels and two tracking numbers. They usually arrive within a day or two of each other.

Free worldwide shipping, and the same 30-day guarantee as everything else we sell.

Replacement pads

The part that wears out.

The controllers last for years. The gel is what goes. Once a pad stops sitting flat against the skin it stops transmitting properly — and you end up turning the intensity up to get what you used to get at a lower setting.

1It lifts at the edgesA pad that curls away from the skin has lost its grip and won't sit flat again.
2You keep turning it upNeeding more intensity for the same feeling usually means the pad, not the unit.
3It slides when you moveA pad that shifts during a session isn't making proper contact any more.

Twelve pads. Four complete changes.

Your device runs three units, so a full change is three pads. This pack holds four of them.

Questions.

How often will I need to replace them?

It depends how often you train and how well you store them. Go by the three signs above rather than a date — a pad that still grips and sits flat is still working.

Will these ship with my device?

No. Pads come from a different supplier, so if you order both you'll get two parcels and two tracking numbers, usually a day or two apart.

How should I store them?

Leave them on the backing sheet, somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Gel dries out if it's left uncovered, which is the fastest way to waste a pack.

Can I clean a pad instead of replacing it?

A light rinse with cool water and air drying can bring some grip back once or twice. Once the gel has properly gone, it doesn't come back.

Ten minutes. Sitting still.

02Why this one

Every other recovery tool makes you do the work.

03What it actually does

Feels like a deep massage

The pulses build and release in waves rather than buzzing flat. Most people settle around the middle of the range — firm, never sharp.

Hands free. Floor free.

No mat, no holding, no technique to learn. Put it on and then work, cook, or watch something while it runs.

Three units, not one

Each pad has its own controller and its own charger — so the core pad and both limb pads can run at once, at different intensities.

06One session

It stops on its own. Peel it off, wipe the gel pad, put the film back. That's the entire routine.

How to use it

1

Charge each unit

First charge takes about [VERIFY] hours, and lasts roughly [VERIFY] sessions.

2

Peel and place

Lift the film and press onto clean, dry skin. Skin contact is what makes it work — it will not run through clothing.

3

Pick a mode, then a level

Step it up until it feels like a firm massage, then stop. Higher is not better.

4

Ten minutes

The cycle ends by itself. Wipe the gel pad and replace the film so it keeps its grip.

Before you buy

When will it arrive?

5-8 business days, shipped free worldwide. Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves.

Does it hurt?

No. It should feel firm, like pressure — not sharp or stinging. Start at level 1 and work up. If it stings, the gel pad needs a wipe or your skin needs to be drier.

Can I wear it over clothes?

It needs direct skin contact. Once it's on, it sits flat enough to pull a loose t-shirt over the top.

Do the gel pads wear out?

Eventually — they're a consumable, like razor blades. Wipe them after use and let them air-dry and they last considerably longer. Replacements are inexpensive and widely available.

Who shouldn't use it?

Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you have epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. Never place pads over the heart, on the head or neck, or on broken or irritated skin. If you're being treated for anything, ask your doctor first.

What if it arrives faulty?

Email us and a replacement goes out. You don't need to return the faulty one and you won't be charged for it.
