Helps me relax after the gym, I use it every post workout.

01PulseLab Recovery System
Ten minutes. Sitting still.
The recovery session you don't have to work for. Strap it on, sit down, and let it run while you do something else.
02Why this one
Every other recovery tool makes you do the work.
Effort required, per session:
Floor time, technique, sweat
Both hands, can't reach your back
Strap on. Sit down.
03What it actually does
Feels like a deep massage
The pulses build and release in waves rather than buzzing flat. Most people settle around the middle of the range — firm, never sharp.
Hands free. Floor free.
No mat, no holding, no technique to learn. Put it on and then work, cook, or watch something while it runs.
Three units, not one
Each pad has its own controller and its own charger — so the core pad and both limb pads can run at once, at different intensities.
05Eight modes
Pick a feel, then a strength.
06One session
It stops on its own. Peel it off, wipe the gel pad, put the film back. That's the entire routine.

- Limb pads2 — 21 × 6 cm

How to use it
Charge each unit
First charge takes about [VERIFY] hours, and lasts roughly [VERIFY] sessions.
Peel and place
Lift the film and press onto clean, dry skin. Skin contact is what makes it work — it will not run through clothing.
Pick a mode, then a level
Step it up until it feels like a firm massage, then stop. Higher is not better.
Ten minutes
The cycle ends by itself. Wipe the gel pad and replace the film so it keeps its grip.

Before you buy
When will it arrive?
5-8 business days, shipped free worldwide. Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves.
Does it hurt?
No. It should feel firm, like pressure — not sharp or stinging. Start at level 1 and work up. If it stings, the gel pad needs a wipe or your skin needs to be drier.
Can I wear it over clothes?
It needs direct skin contact. Once it's on, it sits flat enough to pull a loose t-shirt over the top.
Do the gel pads wear out?
Eventually — they're a consumable, like razor blades. Wipe them after use and let them air-dry and they last considerably longer. Replacements are inexpensive and widely available.
Who shouldn't use it?
Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you have epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. Never place pads over the heart, on the head or neck, or on broken or irritated skin. If you're being treated for anything, ask your doctor first.
What if it arrives faulty?
Email us and a replacement goes out. You don't need to return the faulty one and you won't be charged for it.
30 days to change your mind
Use it for a month. If it isn't for you, email support@pulselab.com and we'll sort it out. A real person, usually the same day.
